SWAROV

Swarov is a Slovak breaks producer associated with the Breaks.sk orbit while maintaining a release schedule across independent European labels. His work belongs to the contemporary Breaks / Breakbeat / UK Bass continuum, with individual releases moving between Slovak, Spanish and wider international label networks.

The Breaks.sk connection is central to the project's early identity. Titles including “Ping Pong,” “Guardians Of Space,” “Mathematical,” “Raise Low” and “Beauty Brain” place Swarov within that Slovak breaks context.

The 2022 run established several of the catalogue's recurring coordinates. “Fuck Your Money” arrived through Psicodelia Records in April, followed by “Space Traveler” on Papotako Records and “Beauty Brain” on Breaks.sk Records.

“Space Traveler” also introduced a science-fiction and synthetic imagery that returns in titles such as “Alien Frequency,” “Robotic,” “Sapphire” and “Reaper Bass.” It is a thread in the naming and atmosphere of the project rather than a fixed stylistic formula.

Swarov began a sustained relationship with Slap It Records at the end of 2022 with “Destroy.” The partnership continued in 2023 through “Rhythm & Bass,” “Trading,” “Acid” and its accompanying track “Intense,” marking a concentrated period of releases on the label.

That same year, “Snail” appeared on Spanish Darkness Records, connecting Swarov with the Cádiz-based breaks imprint. The “Day Dreams” release for Boomtic Records, containing “Day Dreams” and “Justly,” extended his presence across Spanish-label catalogues.

“Slip” was included on LW Recordings' Simply Breaks & Beats Vol. 15, placing his work in a compilation series circulating new breaks productions beyond their original label contexts.
