BURGOS is a DJ and producer from Córdoba, working within the contemporary Andalusian breakbeat circuit. His productions sit in the Breaks / Breakbeat / UK Bass field, generally geared towards the direct rhythmic pressure and club functionality associated with the region's scene.
His connection with breakbeat began as a listener after attending an event around 2010. That formative perspective remains part of his approach: his music is shaped by years spent inside the culture before he began performing and producing himself.
In 2018 he acquired his first DJ equipment, and during 2019 he began studying breakbeat composition while taking his first opportunity to play at an event. DJ activity and production have run in parallel since that period.
BURGOS issued his first digital single in 2020, beginning a release catalogue that has developed steadily through the first half of the decade. An early documented release, "Cleka," arrived through SPACE PIZZA Records in 2021.
SPACE PIZZA Records has become his principal label association. Releases including "Floatin'," made with The Broken Rhythm, alongside "Shadow," "Megatron," "Toy," "Blaster," "Yisos," "Lesson 28" and "Low 24," map out a sustained relationship with the label.
His work has also circulated through Samay Records, Sound Perfect Breakz Records, Raveart Records, Br8kn Records, Elektroshok Records, Frequency Fusion Records and Guachinche Records. This run of releases places him among a network of producers active across Andalusian and Spanish breaks platforms.
Shade K is a recurring collaborator in that catalogue. Their joint work includes "Hood," "Cyber," "Froot" and "On My Mind," while both also contributed a remix of Dr Beats' "Pto kombo."
Collaborations have also opened other directions within his music. "Gotta Crush" with Lees Seynee and "Floatin'" with The Broken Rhythm retain a breakbeat focus, while "open scars," recorded with Razegod, is an occasional departure into a hip-hop-classified release.
During 2025 and 2026, BURGOS maintained a regular release schedule with tracks such as "Set Up," "Intense," "Acid Boom," "No Limit," "Fresh," "Return" and "Street." His work across Samay and Raveart during this period reinforced the more current side of his label network.
As a DJ, he has played in Córdoba, Jaén, Sevilla and Granada, linking his activity directly to the Andalusian circuit. His trajectory joins local club practice, a listener's grounding in breakbeat culture and a production output built for the contemporary Spanish breaks scene.
